MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
* The membership committee and the clubs board of directors has asked that
all new applicants and their respective sponsors plan to meet with the membership
committee on the second Monday of the month at the clubs meeting hall, at 7PM.
At that time the prospective member will be given an opportunity to ask about the
club, its members and social programs. Additionally, he will be asked to
participate in one or several club activities of his interest to enhance his
appreciation of IACA membership.
Once a prospective member is approved and voted in for membership, he Will
appear with his sponsor on the night of his being inducted and sworn in.
Traditionally that induction and dinner is on the fourth Monday of the month at
7 PM.
The newly sworn in member will be introduced to the respective committee
chairperson in charge of the activity that the applicant chose to participate in
either before or at the night of his induction for the purpose of making
arrangements for his participation.
All new members are expected to attend at least two meetings a month preferably
business meetings for the purpose of being aware of important issues and input
from our membership.
